Online Portal for Residents We are excited to announce that our online portal is now set up! We want to make paying rent as simple and convenient as possible for you. Resident Direct gives you the option to pay rent and other charges securely online with a checking account or credit card.
Click on New User/Get Started Now
Select your unit, enter first name, last name, email address
Please make sure to Opt In’ in Active Building so you are able to receive messages from the leasing office.
To make a one-time payment go to Dashboard > Payment Center
For first time logins, click Select a Payment Method, then Add New Payment Account
Enter your card number (fee applies) or checking and routing number for bank accounts.
Fill out the One-Time Payment form, select your option for amount to pay
If paying by credit card, enter your security code
Proceed to confirmation, review details, and click Confirm Payment
Paying with your bank account - No Processing Fee, paying with Credit or Debit card may require a processing fee.
Please contact the lease office for the new E-money order option flyer which will save you time with instant payment from the money order retail store.
The option to create service request direct from the portal is also available.
Canceling a payment is easy but must be done the same day the payment is made. Simply, contact customer support between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST or email ResidentDirect@RealPage.com.
